We had all the keys and all the tools, so we did it. It was hard, my husband sold his luxury apartment and I sold mine, so we went to live at another luxury apartment but smaller. At the beginning everything seemed to be wonderful, we got everything, and most important we had the experience. I was prepared for any problem in our business because I had the experience from my old company, so I knew how to solve it. My husband knew a lot of people who specialized in real estate marketing, and that was our salvation. As we suspected, without any other kind of help and just based on our own experience our business started going down, and it wasn\\’t good. But as I said, we were prepared, so I talked with my husband and we hired a real estate marketing company, they told us that we needing premarketing of luxury real estate. I knew about it, because I used it in my old company and I knew it was very useful, so we didn\\’t hesitate, and we said \\”YES!\\”. Guess what? Our business is doing great, I am so proud. So with my husbands contacts and premarketing of luxury real estate we wouldn\\’t be doing as well as we are.
