GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dear Mr. Phillips, Am only now discovering time to let you know how impressed I was with your team on 12314 Meridian E in Puyallup. I picked up my 2000 Honda on October 7th after the bumper had been “un-indented” and repainted after somebody had side-swiped me. It looks like new! Even my husband – who had told me Maaco had a bad reputation – was impressed! Dan in Customer Service mentioned that Nick Wiese had completed the job with the rest of the crew on South Hill. I had also asked the car be ready by Thursday, and despite their busy schedule, Dan and his team delivered my vehicle that day. Thank you for a job well completed and for wonderful customer service. EVERYBODY WHO SAW MY VEHICLE WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!! I wanted to thank you for your service on my automobile. It actually did turn out to be nice. EVERYONE who saw my vehicle was extremely impressed, specifically the picky guys. They had poor experiences (with other shops), but asked where I got my automobile painted and I told them.
